Fees
All fees for consultation are due at the time of the appointment. Cancellation fees apply as when time is booked, it is specifically reserved for you. As a result, if less than 72 hours notice is received you will be billed for 50% of consultation fee. Full fee will be charged with less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. Fees for conference presentations will be negotiated at the time of the request and are payable in advance.

Out of pocket expenses will occur as this practice does not bulk bill for services.

**WorkCover rebate currently $203.91 with approved sessions – note you will need to pay for the session up front and self claim from WorkCover provider.
